I've just had a well drilled and
need a new pump system installed, How do I know which pump
company to trust?
Do your homework and check out each pump service business, its
important to trust the pump contractor. As with hiring a
well drilling contractor, ask what services and products are provided. Is
their warranty and customer satisfaction program dependable? Ask
friends or neighbors who they suggest. Focus
on the quality of products the contractor uses and what youre getting
for the investment. Ask each pump contractor why they've
selected the products they install. Remember, the better
quality of products, the less you have to worry about breakdowns
and repair costs. Bottom line is, do they provide you with

Will there be iron in my water?
We cannot guarantee the mineral content of the water. All we
can do is pump the water out of the ground. From that point
the water can be treated to remove unwanted minerals.
What guarantee do you give?
All materials are unconditionally guaranteed for
one year. Some of the equipment that we install carries a longer
guarantee from the manufacturer.
Why do you recommend a large pressure tank?
The larger the tank, the less frequently the pump will have
to turn on and off. This eliminates excessive wear and tear
on the pump and tank. Most pump manufacturers recommend a
minimum run time of one minute for any pump up to 1 1/2 HP
In the case of a pressure tank, bigger is better.
How long does a pump
last?
When
installing a new pump, investing in quality is the best insurance. Some
pumps are made of stainless steel and others are made of
plastic. To get your money's worth, a good reliable
brand of pump is the way to go. Invest in a brand which
will give years of trouble free service and peace of mind.
Its not uncommon to have quality brand pumps last 10 to 25
years with out any trouble. We've actually seen pumps
last as much as 30 years. Several brands come with
a 3-5 year warranty and a good stainless steel will provide
many more years of service than the warranty covers..
